Mila Shefel started Above the Necklace in 2020 to follow her passion for cosmetics and beauty and to fulfill the growing desire for cosmetic procedures.

With over 17 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, Mila is a dedicated professional who takes immense pride in her craft.  She holds diplomas from esteemed Canadian and European aesthetician schools, and her thirst for knowledge  has led her to complete over 15 additional courses, earning numerous diplomas and certificates along the way.  Mila currently operates here own studio that offers a range of services including permanent makeup, facials, peels, face massages, brow waxing, shaping, tinting, lash lift, and brow lamination.
